Since 1999, we embraced organic farming and ever since we produce organic olives with pride and devotion.
We believe strongly in the benefits of organic food in general. We were born and raised with the traditional Greek diet (based on olive oil and olives, fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, and herbs), which is considered one of the healthiest in the world.
Thus, we aim to introduce many of the aspects of the Greek diet in our unique olive recipes.
